see the tutorial section, the tut on B6 i made has a list of common foods that have higher amounts of B6 in them... (i believe the "brain food", fish, was listed as one of them)

nutmeg its kinda like being on pot but different less fun but it makes for some wierd ass dreams
Just FYI.. be careful with nutmeg.. I've read that large amounts can be harmful to you physically.
