Since no one else on this thread is going to even try to be helpful, I'll see what I can do.

At night i basicly take sleeping pills that make me very sleepy, so it might be that im in too much of a deep sleep to realize that im dreaming, but i have a tleast 1 dream every night. im not sure also because everybody here is able to do reality checks in non lucid dreams to try and become lucid, but for me non lucids are just not being able to control myself at all, kinda like a movie.
Some medications can have negative effects on lucid dreaming or dreaming in general, for that matter. Things that "dull", so to speak, our neurotransmitters, behaviour altering drugs, and things like depression medications may be listed here (among others). If you can function without your medication, I would suggest taking that route. I don't know that sleeping pills should have an effect on your being able to remember dreams though. Do you keep a dream journal, and in the mornings do you immediately focus on remembering your dreams? This could help in that area (if you need more information, there is a dream recall tutorial in the tutorials section that is helpful. However, if you think that the sleeping meds are not allowing you to get lucid, try going off them (if you can, of course). This can also be helpful for other methods such as WILD and WBTB (also listed in the tutorial section).
Hope that helps!
