Hi, all! Because of school I forgot about lucid dreaming for a while, but I'm back again. I'm wondering if ADA, Reality Checks, MILD and DEILD would help me achieve a lucid dream, or these are too many techniques at the same time?

I personally use ADA, DEILD and a form of MILD. I don't think reality checks are really necessary to add, because ADA is basically one big reality check. Then again, they certainly can't hurt either, just make sure to truly question reality. Good luck :)
great, but add WBTB and Reverse RC(or ASDA(all day self awareness)). I personally don't use ADA because ADSA is better, and they don't go well so smoothly. If you can, do visualization while meditating to increase your dream control. Any technique you use, make sure they are based on the fundamentals(self-awareness, memory and intention).
