Maybe in a WBTB or before going to sleep at night you can fall asleep listening to a movie soundtrack of one of your favorite movies and as you fall asleep you focus on the movie and place yourself in it and voila your first dream of the night or lucid dream involves being in that movie. :shadewink:
Hmmm it's definitely an interesting idea and I do have the Harry Potter, the LOTR and the Star Wars soundtracks... CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!!! :lol:

My friend challenged me to listen to a dubstep mix he found on the internet while sleeping.
My next day was a bad day!

I'll also be using the Harry Potter soundtrack :D It's one of my lucid goals to explore Hogwarts and the rest of the harry potter universe and hang out with the characters ^o^Quote:

I took a nap around 9pm last night, but I was unable to remember what my dream had been about. However, I fell asleep with a song from Harry Potter on repeat. When I went to bed for the night, I left the song on repeat again... and had a dream where I was showing my cousin my dream from the nap! :holycrap: The nap memory I was showing my cousin was slightly altered from how the real dream had gone, but it's pretty cool how music helped me remember my dream! :D
