So last night I think I saw a few reality checks in ny dreams but i didnt snap and realize i was dreaming. One of them, i saw someone pinching their nose like one of my reality checks to see if my ears pop/if i can breathe. The other one, i looked at my watchand when i looked at it again, itwasan hour later.
Is there any reason why i didnt realize i was in a dream?

If you do them in zombie state of mind without paying much attention to them, they will most probably fail. You won't notice anything wrong in the dream, it will become part of all the unusual things in your dream that make no sense but are still ignored/accepted as normal.
I suggest you work on your awareness more, instead of worrying about reality checks. Like I said, RCs without awareness are bound to fail. You can still do RCs if you want, of course, but with more paying attention.
