WILD Disaster
I woke up around 3:00, I didn't mean to, it just happened, and I figured why not try that WILD thing? But I had to get a drink, so I went downstairs, got one, and went back up. After hitting the bed and relaxing a violent shudder hit me, but more really my brain. It felt like someone hit me on my head. A series of dreams hit me (check my journal http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19852 ) and it went back to normal. Then, another shudder hit me and I started hearing things.
Altogether, it felt very violent and uncontrolled. But it was so realistic. It was like something was trying to start up that couldn't because my brain was blocking it. I felt exhausted in the morning.
Any similar experiences? Was it a WILD that failed because I haven't ever had a lucid dream? Any advice would be great, thanks!

YAY! You had a stage in the vibrations sector, called the "electricity" zapping my body. I luckily don't have this, but im sure someone who does can tell you a few things about it. I only get that surge of blast in my body when something in my dream shocks me.

The thing with WILD onset is : it might be unpleasant, if you focus on the negative sensations, they might amplify. The best way is to relax, ignore the hallucinations and give yourself a permission to enter the dream. Keeping a clear goal of entering a dream and verifying your state no matter what is also a good idea
