I suggest you watch the movie "Waking Life" and pay very close attention, because in one scene they talk about this topic and it will blow your mind.

I guess in general master dream yoga, and then, sure.
Isn't the goal of Tibetian Monks to learn Lucid dreaming so clearly that they would be able to wake up in the afterlife?
