Need help testing my self hypnosis recordings for LD

I am teaching myself self hypnosis, and covering things here:

I now have a number of audio tracks, freely available at Soundcloud, that can be used to hypnotize you, then program you to become conscious and lucid in your dreams. This latest one, "Lucid Dreaming and OBE Self Hypnosis Script 2" is really trippy, but the visualization is a bit clunky. Here are the links:

I just want some feedback. If you tried any of them, which ones did you try, and of those, which of them worked for you? Is there anything in a specific track you would see changed or improved in some way? Which track, and what part?

Essentially I want to sharpen this like an ancient Japanese swordmaster would sharpen a blade. That is I want these tracks to be efficient and %100 successful with %100 percent of the subjects who listened to them.

I know that's a pretty high goal, but I will consider myself successful if I only manage to come close to it. For now it gives me a standard I want to reach, a bar of excellence to strive for. Your feedback is invaluable in my learning and improving process.

On a side note... My latest track, Lucid Dreaming and OBE SHS 2 did something kinda weird. I encountered this once befoer after an astral projection session. When I finished I asked some questions, and recorded some EVP responses. Not because there are spirits around the house, but I guess because they can get through easier from over there, wherever that is, when someone from this side has gone over and returned. That's my theory for now anyway.

Well in this latest track I heard something like a squeak or a baby giggling? I went over it in Audacity - found nothing. I heard it loud and clear on my MP3 player, and playing the same part over I could not hear it anymore. My guess is something did something like what they do when voices come through over a radio scanning through frequencies. Spirit energy just used the pink noise of the track and made this sound for whatever reason. So just be aware that you might hear sounds or voices as you listen to this.

If you do get stuff like that going on, let me know. If it happens to the point it is too distracting I will have to figure out what is being used by spirit energy and no use it in my recordings. it's very distracting to in a hypnotic trance and hear strange stuff coming through.

My impressions:

I liked the binaural beats and the sound effects in the beginning. They were quite potent to start the relaxation. In comparison to your voice they were too loud. I had to turn up the volume so much the beats became almost painful and I still had to guess what you were saying sometimes.
It would be great if you could rise the frequency of the binaural beats in the end to support the awaking process.

I liked the suggestions you gave. Maybe they would be even more potent if you could speak them somehow more "stonedly".

So I need to make my voice a little louder. I have listened to my latest file a few times now and this was also my impression. I also thought I could smooth out the music so it wasn't so choppy. I will work on this.

Please note you don't really have to hear what I am saying. That is why in some of the professional brainwave stuff you can barely make out the vocals, and sometimes you can't even hear them. This is because the conscious mind (which would be the part of you hearing the voice) is supposed to have wandered off somewhere, so that the subconscious can be spoken to. The subconscious "hears" the words, even when they are not audible. That is my understanding of it. I have no clue how that works :/

I just know that in self hypnosis the goal is to put the conscious mind to sleep, so that the subconscious can be directly accessed. Otherwise you have to try to get to the subconscious through the conscious mind, and the conscious mind is acting on programming already in the subconscious mind, and the only way to defeat that programming is to go outside the conscious mind to the subconscious mind so that it can be changed.

It's all kind of strange I know, but this is what I have learned so far.

Hey I am curious, how relaxed were you able to get? I mean did your body get that tingling, warm sensation you get when it is asleep?

Thanks again for your feedback! I will get a new version out hopefully in a week or so. Eventually I will release the script itself, so if you have the recording equipment and audacity you can record your own voice and use that in place of mine.

I have updated the newest recording. 2v2 now has a louder voice.

I am going to write another script for this and perhaps try another visualization.

The binaurals were still very powerful. I still had problems understanding everything. Most of the time I just understood some words but I just let go and listened to the beats which put me in a quite impressingly deep trance.

I think subtle changes in one's voice can be made if you use mental images. I wonder how it would sound, if you imaged impregnating your voice with love. To make it perfect you could do some exercises like speaking with a cork in your mouth.

Anyway it's still a good file.

Like has already been said your voice is to muffled/low and hard to hear, especially over the beats. From my understanding, the beats should just be audible, not loud because the louder they are the less effective they become. I think your voice should be the louder then the beats.

Also, I think you may have to work on your cadence too, at some parts it seems as though you are talking too fast and other parts too slow. I think that is a basic function of these type of hypno-things, a smooth and even tone throughout the entire process.

That being said, the beats are great, just too loud if we are to hear your voice too.

I had not heard that the binaural beats needed to be barely audible, that they would not be effective at higher levels. There are no, "Recording Binaural Beats for Dummies" books that I know of. If you have links to where you got this information please share them, so I can research this.

Do not worry if you hear my voice or not. If it is true that the binaural beats should be barely audible, it may also be true about the voice. Because we are going around the conscious mind. If your conscious mind, through the sense of hearing, can't hear or process the words, it can't block them either. The subconscious mind hears all; theoretically I could make a recording where I just record as I think the words, or say them silently, and you will still "hear" them, although not on a conscious level. There is someone here who is doing something similar to that. When I make food for you to eat, you are not just ingesting the food. You are also ingesting every feeling, thought or word the substance has absorbed, your own feelings, thoughts or words as you eat it, and my feelings, thoughts and words as I prepared it. If I made it hastily, uncaring, it may taste, physically at least, good, but you would still say it tastes bad, or leaves a bad taste in your mouth, or something.

Main point is you can turn down the tracks until you hear little or nothing, and it will probably be more effective. Experiment with that and report back here with your experiences. Keep in mind your beliefs and perceptions will also have an effect on the effectiveness of the recordings, and if you were to use your own voice that would be better than listening to mine. To that end I will be sharing a script very shortly.

I won't detail what it is about here, that is all in the description at Sound Cloud. Suffice it to say this script will get you doing those things you are interested in doing, wanting to do, or desire to do. Especially useful if, like me, you find yourself just stopping some area of study for some unknown reason. But you are still interested, you still want to learn the material. Something is interfering with your drive. Well this script addresses this issue.

Without having read your feedback until tonight I think it addresses some of the issues you have mentioned. The pace is consistent, there are long pauses of silence. and my voice is louder. The beats are also loud, but I think you could turn it down, as I suggested, until you are happy with their volume, or the level of my voice. As both are loud, there should be no issues. Please be sure to let me know what you think!

Give it a try and let me know how it affects you. If you "click" with one of these scripts, if it is helping you, you must stick with it for a minimum of 3 weeks. It takes 3 weeks for something to become a habit. You are reprogramming yourself. You want this new programming firmly in place. Listen to the script every day, once a day, for 3 weeks. Also after listening to it, go out for a walk, or watch a movie, or cook supper, or something. Get your mind off it. That will cause it to sink in. Thinking about it is like taking a shovel to a freshly planted seed. You need to leave that seed in the ground for it to sprout and grow.
