It should be fairly easy to check yourself if you have same or worse recall

If it's back to zero point then you can try to practice it up
If it's gotten little worse then you should just built it up a little back

You shouldn't also worry too much or stress about possiblity of having low dream recall
Beliving in fact that your dream recall is back to zero might worse it
I would suggest you going to sleep optimisticly fully beliving that you have absolute dream recall
