I think I had a MILD? pleaes read!!
I was in a ND and next thing I know, the word MILD pops into my head, and instantly, it's like my brian 'turns on' I remember that everything goes white, and then I start to see these faces like im flying by them, skulls, old people, friends, and all this time i have this crazy sensation.. This is the part where Im not sure if it was a dream or not, but I remember me getting out of my bed, my entire room was dark, I quickly wanted to leave this place for fear of meeting some strange stuff, so I start spinning crazily, thinking of going to this football field at my school on a sunny day. I stop spinning because it didn't get me anywhere, so I remembered to do a reality check, I held my nose shut and tried breathing and it worked. Then I remember everything started to fade away.. and when I woke up I questioned whether I had a weak LD or was it just a complicated and well thought out ND?
edit: Im not sure if this helps, but when I was thinking of a place to go, it wasn't like a normal dream where your mind chooses something for you, I chose to go the football field, instead of anywhere else.. i remember thinking what would be a great place...
edit2: I forgot to mention this, when I was seeing the faces pass by me and I saw the skull, i thought "Crap, don't think of the old hag, don't be afraid for sure i'll have to look at it, think of some of supermodels, happy stuff."
