Question about ADA
Ive started to practice all day awareness and I run in to difficulties when I do it. Aside from the fact that is difficult in itself, I have a hard time focusing on all of my senses. When I start to feel all parts of my body, I have less focus on sound. When I start to focus on sound I lose the focus on my body. This happens with all my senses and I just want to be able to feel aware of my surroundings. I appreciate all advice and insights! Thank you guys :D

If you find struggle to be present with all your senses, just be present with your strongest sense (let's pretend is hearing) and make sure you listen until the very faintest buzz of a fly and do plenty of realty checks when you hear a weird sound or an unexpected sound (like hearing the noise of traffic when you are in the middle of the woods) as you will get a lot of RCs that way. Same for other senses. Try to at least tune to the max one of them, two if you can :)
