Most of tutorials are talking about doing WILD method while you are sleeping on your back
I personally found that hard, and was wondering if it is possible to do WILD while i am sleeping on my right or left side..
anyone had success with something like that?
I've had instances where I've changed position after attempting a WILD and it worked, quite tricky, though. I think you have to be very close to sleep paralysis in the first place in order to do it, so maybe try changing position after getting very close to SP? It might work. :)
I believe you could induce SP by not being on your back. When an internet friend of mine told me about lucid dreaming he told me to just lay on my side and not move at all and that's how he did it.
