If you could do the steps in a chair, it would make them go by faster, also it would also prevent you from falling asleep. Question is... Will it still work?

I have the same question, my problem with ssild is that always I fall asleep before finishing cycles or I lose the count.

Oh! That sounds great! It seems to be a solution for heavy sleepers like me who fall sleep very fast. I am going to try it for 1 week and tell you how it works!
Thanks
This morning I tried it on a hard chair and it easily took me into HI state but the noises outside the window ruined my attempt as they made me too alert and then I had 3 hours of insomnia! I try it tomorrow in a quiet place.
