Day 18
No LD. I couldn't even remember any dreams. I think that I'm on a dry spell.
Day 17
I got my 5th lucid last night, which I feel I owe to the prospective memory training. I've been trying really hard, and have been hitting multiple targets throughout the day. My last few lucids have occurred during the 4:30 R.E.M period, which is why I believe it's prospective memory. I didn't WBTB, but I did go to sleep using intent to set up the MILD. Once I curb my coffee intake, and I'm sure i'll be able to go back to sleep, I'm going to attempt a WBTB at the 6:00 R.E.M period.
Day 19
No Ld, which is kinda disapointing because I really set a strong intent that day. I think I'm just coming out of a week long dry spell. My recalls started to get better and I'm more inspired to LD. Hope I have some luck soon.
LD:3
Day 20
2 sucesses. My first LD was only 3 seconds because when I first found out it was a dream I woke up. My second LD was my best so far. It lasted about 5 minuites. I realized it was a dream when I noticed some of the things in the dream were from the visualization I used befor bed. I'm counting both LDs for the stake of this tutorial, but not for my total LDs.
LD: 5
Day 15 - 20:
Not much happened. I've been very busy last weeks...
Day 21
No LD probally because I forgot to set an alarm to wake me up.
Day 22
No LD.
LD:5
Day 23
No LD, but good recall.
Day 22
No lucids over the last few days, and my recall has been pretty bad too. I didn't practice my intent yesterday either, which is due to me being lazy. I need to kick it into high gear today, try to get hit some targets!
Day 24
No LD. I really screwed up the technique. I didn't even do a wbtb.
LD:5
Day 7 - 17
Although I am remembering dreams more frequently than I was before, I have not had any lucid dreams in this time.
I have been falling asleep too soon, and not focusing on the technique long enough.
Day 26
I'm disappointed in myself for my lack of discipline. I think as far as this particular challenge is concerned, I'm going to bow out since it's so close and I feel like I need to start over again. I've kept my intent practice going, but I've completely stopped trying to WBTB or write my dreams down. This is honestly unacceptable and I plan to start this challenge again once I've taken care of a few things in waking life. Should be about a week before I renew my vow to master lucid dreaming. A small bump in the road, but even so, I will not quit. Never again.
Congratulations to all those taking part that have had lucid dreams. I wish you the best of luck in your lding.
Days 18 - 20
No lucids or even much dream recall.
Day 22 (Nov. 30)
Actually managed to do the technique a few times before going back to sleep and I had a pretty long, mostly lucid dream. Although I didn't remember my dream goals, it was still good.
Day 23 (Nov. 1)
Had a short partially lucid dream moment, but I'm not sure I even remembered to do the technique.
Day 24 - 27
Not very good dream recall
Day 28 (Dec. 6)
I had a pretty good lucid dream.
Day 29, (Dec. 7)
An interesting mostly-lucid dream.
Day 30 (Dec. 8)
This time while going back to sleep I focused more on visualization. The visuals and sensations started to become more real, almost leading to a WILD, but not quite.
So that's the end of my 30 days trying this Technique. I had a total of 4 lucid dreams and 3 partially lucid dreams, which is roughly doubled what I was having the several months before.
