Anybody know much about

Out of body experiences....i want to try and came close today....i really wanted to nap b4 work but made the mistake of drinking lukozade b4 sleeping *sugar type energy drink* due to this i was aware when drifting off.i entered sleep paraylisis and once paralysed i tried moving my arms without phsyically movibg them but couldnt...maybe i needed my eyes open in order to see my astral body leaving my normal body or maybe i tried it too quick and needed to be deeper b4 trying? Thanks

i dont know much about it but i did try it one time and i was so close. i was right in the middle of separating then my eyes jut popped open. i have a problem of keeping my eyes closed when im asleep and it just ruined it. :(

Sounds like you need to do more research into the phenomenon. I'd recommend starting with Robert Bruce's book Astral Dynamics. You can find the pdf for free online.
