Questioning Elapsed Time produced an LD

While dreaming, I was supposedly supposed to go fishing with my cousin. I hopped in my car and was following him to the lake when another car pulled out in front of me. We were in Vermont and I didn't know the area too well so i ended up getting lost and unable to get back behind my cousin who conveniently wasn't waiting for me.

I decided to drive back home figuring I would never find the lake. Here is where it gets interesting. I get a call from my cousin on my cell phone and he says "Where are you man, we've been waiting for 15 minutes at the boat dock!" I thought to myself... there is no way that's possible. In real life, my cousin lives about 2 hours away from my house which is where i currently was in the dream. By him saying it's only been 15 minutes and obviously, I was 2 hours away I immediately realized I was dreaming.

Normally it's alot easier to notice a dreamsign and realize you are in a dream. I was really proud of myself in this particular situation because I actually had to deduce time and driving distance to start questioning reality and eventually produced a lucid. :)
