Is it more likely and beneficial to becone lucid by repeating a mantra before you go to bed..as its more or less the last thing you think about before you sleep and is it more pointless to repeat a mantra in the day time as its so far away from sleep time?
It's not pointless to have a mantra during the day but it's definitely more impactful to use one as you fall asleep. What matters most is your conviction as you're saying it.
I definitely agree with this point in regard to mantras before bed. In my experience, the nights where I'm super confident and just "know" I can LD, I end up being successful.Quote:
