Would I benefit from taking several naps throughout the day, dream recall wise?
I think waking more allows faster recall increase as it gives you more opportunities to recall dreams and build a habit of reaching for dream memories immediately upon waking. If napping works for you and you dream in naps, that certainly can be one way. But probably the best method is setting intention to notice all the wakings during the night and to recall dreams at each one.
