I have been watching some gnosis videos on youtube where they term lucid dreaming as 'kicking out the ego that drives the astral vehicle'. So to attain lucidity we must kick this 'ego' out of the dream body , it rings true in me a lot and I've been wondering if there are any known techniques to achieve lucidity through this method?
