@Rockefeller Do you use any kind of autosuggestion or something to naturally wake up in the night? Or are you just a light sleeper..

I don't use any autosuggestion to wake up, it's because of a stupid person(who live in the same square as me) who come and go at any time at night(which is an advantage for me for lucid dream but it's also annoying), but in January I will move.

Conclusion of the month of November:
Back in January I have made 4 lucid dreams, this was a record for me. This month(November) I achieved a new record 8 Lucid Dreams in a month.:boogie:
