The dream helped me become lucid

So I've recently started trying to lucid dream again, since I haven't been able to keep trying it steadily, and I just had this dream where I was sitting in my living room. I would have never become lucid on my own, but there was a banner on the wall that said "Lucid" on it. So that made me think to do a reality check. I pinched my nose and tried to breathe through it. Even then, I didn't expect it to work, but when it did, everything was as vivid as real life.

I've heard of dream signs before but this is ridiculous. Does this happen to anyone else? Can I expect my subconscious to give me a free one every now and again?

I've been lucid dreaming for a long time and my subconscious has never thrown me a bone like that before.

One time a voice in the dream directly asked me if I was dreaming which prompted me to do a reality check and become lucid.

In another dream in which I was in bed, I suddenly instinctively thought I could choose between dream number one, two, or three. I chose dream one and immediately my bed started spinning and flying which made me lucid.

Recently in a dream I came across a menu with a button that said "enter dream." I pressed the button and there was immediately a dream scene change which made me lucid.

However, while it is possible for the mind to make a dream in which it is easier to become lucid, I would not expect them to occur. Feeling neutral is better than feeling disappointed.

      Expect freebees & get them=Yay
Expect freebees and do not get them=Disappointment
Do not expect freebees and get them=Yay
Do not expect freebees and do not get them=Neutral
