Most Freaky Lucid Dream Ever!

I am writing this thread because I feel like I want to put it into words to remember it fully, but I also want to help and inspire others but at the same time, as you will realize by reading about this experience, there is "perhaps" no point in writing this and sharing it at all.

To help understand how I got lucid I'll share some details about the practice and mindset that went into this briefly.

Practice:

Meditated regularly for 20 min a day - Today's meditation session was a very calm one, I explained it as emptiness without resistance, in my notes.

No exposure to overstimulating influences on my brain and body.

Night:

I went to bed with too much energy. I had worked on school projects for hours without break and hadn't cooled down. So I had to listen to some guided relaxation at bedtime to slow down, with my cat at my side as company. Then I fell asleep but woke up 02:00 with insomnia, blue balls, worried stomach and resistant to sleep. So I watched a video on Youtube about what it means to awaken the consciousness and it basically said:

"Observe yourself for every moment, don't lose yourself for a second! We all fall asleep when we identify with the ever passing circumstances of our life."

What they meant by that is that when we are not focused on what is right in front of us, the present moment, we are unconscious of what is.

I pondered this feeling and stared into my dark room like an idiot and felt when I was focusing without thought and when I was thinking, and it was true I couldn't fully see the room if thoughts blinded my conscious focus. This focus is hard to explain but it is very intuitive when you have practiced meditation regularly.

It's an interesting way to think about lucidity and non-lucidity. When we are invested, fascinated and identified with the importance of our current scenario, we aren't aware. But when practice remembering the illusion of it all, we remember ourselves.

I attempted to focus on this feeling of presence with closed eyes. I focused on the tension within my body, my heart, my breath and I noticed that I no longer was resistant to sleep and I fell asleep. This part is important because it leaved me more aware in my dreams which made it easier to notice strange occurences.

Dream: Adult Content + Mindbending ideas that might leave you crazy. You've been warned.

I was walking outside of my house and I went past a woman who looked at me with a smile. Suddenly she stopped and very obviously started to flirt with me. Then she said "Would you like to see my painting at her place?" and I realized that she was inviting me home. I was hesitating the offer a bit, because I have so much energy and to "waste it" on short term pleasure without meaning would be like throwing all that sacrifice into well, a bed. But in the dream desires are STRONG, and I probably wouldn't resist the offer for real either. So #YOLO...

I get to her place and a thought that worried about protection came up but was quickly answered by me seeing her bring one.
There was alot of teasing, but I woke up from this dream and ehum.. attempted to return over and over by falling back to sleep.

Instead I ended up in another house and it seemed like it was a family dinner. I didn't recognize the people but I knew their relation to me. One of them was my aunt and in this dream I secretly was interested in her. I fantasized about her licking my ear, yeah don't ask me about that one. But suddenly she did! I told her to go to the bathroom after dinner and that we would meet up there. Giggity.. but at the same time, Ewww she is my aunt, or is she? I became aware and lucid enough to be able to leave this scenario but I allowed myself to explore it because I knew it was false and this was an interesting feeling. Imagine sitting with your family only to realize that this identity, all people around you, even the very existence you are in, isn't real...

I reminded myself with Morpheus concept that "Everything that we are experiencing that we call real is just electrical signals interpreted by our brain". And in this very experience I could fully relate to that, I knew that it was "just a dream" and that it's just electrical signals creating a trip. I asked my mom by the table "You know more about the body than me, how do I know that things are real?", but she just looked annoyed at me like when I as a child asked my real mom where the universe ends and she asked "What do you mean?". My uncle overheard the conversation and said "I am into neuro-psychology ask me", so I said "Ok let's say that I saw a dancing pink elephant here on the table, I don't so don't worry, but let's say that I did. What is it that makes that real in my brain?" but he just said "Try proving it, how would you know that something is real if you knew it was real? Like how do you know I am real? Well because your action has an effect on me." and I said "Well that's the thing... I KNOW that this isn't real and I am sort of struggling in remembering my real self OUT THERE (pointing with my hand like a lunatic to nowhere). I know it sounds crazy".

Shortly after this I woke up, and I fully understood what ancient texts mean when they say that identifying with things in life is to be asleep, because it all passes, everything dies. Even you reading, even me writing is a short moment of existence. Perhaps we are even the same just believing we are separate in this world of duality. We are just the consciousness of it all observing ourselves and now that consciousness is writing to the same consciousness reading it as you, the other but still the same.
