WBTB not working
So my bladder is tiny and loves to wake me up about 3-4 hours into my 6-7 hour sleep every night. I figured that I may as well lose some sleep to try and WBTB but to no avail. I get up, empty the bladder and have stayed up on different occasions from 5 all the way up to 60 minutes. Anything past 60 minutes and I just cannot fall back alseep (or just don't have to time to). My dreams are very vivid when I wake up, but not lucid. Does anyone else have this problem? Also I have lucid dreamed a handful of times already but they have all been randomly from MILD.

wbtb is a good supplement to give you more awareness and presence in dreams. I wake about 5 or more times through the night for wbtbs, usually just 5 minutes, but I usually have one that is 20 minutes near the end of the night. Wbtb is amazing, but wont get you lucids in and of itself. I recommend checking out this:

How many times have you done it? To be honest, it sounds like you have had success with it, as the increased vividness and memorability is the goal of WBTB. Now you just need to add in a technique like WILD to achieve lucidity in those dreams.

Agreeing with what was said above, the WBTB method is very beneficial, but not always sufficient. What I have found is that the best way to go about having a high number of lucid dreams is to attack the problem from every direction possible, that is, MILD during the day, autosuggestion before going to sleep, WBTB in the morning, WILD methods while laying back down, and the dream journal after awakening.
