Hhmmm...White noise or LD Mp3?

Whatsup Buuuddies.
Im pretty much a newborn to this forum, but ive read the whole site and Ive got to say I found it pretty intreging.
Anyway, Ive been commited to lucid dreaming for the past couple a weeks. I didnt know about any techniques until I came to this site a few days ago. after deciding to try the Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming technique I imediatly downloaded the first "help to induce lucid dreaming" mp3 I could find. It goes through about ten minutes of an Indian flute with NO rythem and a bird cawing in the background every now and then. Then it goes into these wierd, messed up sounds, almost Freakey.after 10 minutes of that, it starts repeating "I am dreaming" whith an echo or 3 "I am aware I am dreaming" with a couple more echos.
So, I have a choice to listen to the MP3 or white noise while I sleep.
I also heard:
jingling bells,
Holly one noters (like that sound you hear when you go to Heaven),
and warped sounds like your moving through a portal or something
anyway, My question is, what do you guys think would be more suitable for a WILD :?:

I actually DID have a lucid dream using the mp3 a few nights ago but I had a false awakening, which really pist me off. but i read that your not really supposed to be distracted by any sounds while in the phases of a WILD. so it must have been good luck since I havn't had an LD since.

well first off, Welcome to dreamviews. Id say use the white nosie one for a WILD. It may help you relaize you are in a dream if you stop heairng it. Try different things out.
