      Anyone does MILD ONLY?

Anyone using MILD BEFORE sleep (without waking up during the night)
And achieved lucid dreaming almost every night?
If so, what mild method are you applying?

That's so much. I use WBTB with MILD and it was working well, but I haven't had any for the last several days. Do you know what helped you the most with developing your MILD technique?
