It was working so well, setting my alarm to go off for ten seconds every 90 min during the night. I would have several FAs, but now I’m having no FAs at all. I tried different alarms, different times, different volumes, and different areas of my room. I still do regular reality checks and write in my dream journal. Is my brain just unfazed by it now? |
