What does this mean within obe4u statistics / also how to I do the technique while skipping steps

I wanted to know what anyone (or someone) thinks this means in obe4u statistics

For 1-5 attempts (1-3 days) - 50%

For 6-10 attempts (2-7 days) - 80%

For 11-20 attempts (3-14 days) - 90%

It's from a printout I'm currently looking at.

It's from the obe4u website.

Also on the website it says I can skip steps.

Can anyone help me with how to do it while skipping steps?

Pretty sure that means that, for people who use his method and make 1-5 attempts (within 1-3 days), 50% of them end up getting at least one lucid dream during those attempts. And so on, for the additional two cases.

Can't help with the "skipping steps" part, but the above is my interpretation of those statistics. (from the description, and because I've read one of his books before)

Hi,
I wanted to know if anyone could give me some advice on how to awaken without setting an alarm clock? What I mean is that I can't set the alarm clock after 6 hours because another person won't let me do it (awaken to an alarm).

In the obe4u book it says that you can awaken without doing the alarm clock awakening. Should I just try to do step 2 which is going to sleep with an intention to lucid dream right before I get sleepy?

I'm also using a program on android called "Awoken" that gives reality checks. Instead of doing the reality check, I'm going to force/imprint in my mind that the technique will work once I try it this Friday through Sunday.

I also need to know how to tell from this app what time it sets (or announces) the reality check.

This can be done by setting an intention to wake up at a specific time, but it probably depends on how well your body "senses" time, for lack of better words. For example, as you lay in bed, you can say to yourself a few times, either externally (it can be quietly) or internally, that you will wake up at for example 6 AM, assuming you went to bed at midnight and wanted to wake up 6 hours later.

I awoke earlier this morning after 6 hours of sleep and stayed awake for 15 minutes. I think the reason I stayed up for this time was that I had a strong desire to try to get the technique to work.
