Hi,
I've been trying the obe4u technique and got vivid dreams last week while practicing it. I went back "into" my body because of not recognizing that certain moments were dreams.
I want to know an app that can remind me of when to do a reality check.
I did what I think is under
"Not Recognizing Lucid Dreams"
It could also be under
"False physical movement"
