MILD and WILD simultaneously!
Last night i suceeded again with WILD using my own "two way" technique, so i thought i should share in case someone want to try it.
I wake up after 7 or 8 hours of sleep(when i can) and stay up for about half an hour. Then i proceed with MILD. As i am repeating to myself "in the next dream i will remember that i am dreaming" i sometimes find myself looking at hypnagogic imagery. The affirmation snaps me back and at that time i have the sensetion of falling/melting inside my bed. I then make the transition into the darkness(The first time i talled to myself "i will now go into the dream", this seemed to help) that some call i think Limbo Land. I then spot anything that is not darkness(generally something like a dim light) and fly towards it to get the sensation of movement. As i fly i quiqly move my hand in front of my face and enter a place wich most of the times is my bedroom.
The nice thing about this technique is that even when i fail with WILD and fall asleep, i have a LD with MILD, so no time loss:). I noticed that the the LD's with WILD are allways of very high lucidity.
If you want to try this technique you have to find your own way for WILD's last part. For example when you are in Limbo Land you can try spinning or a verbal comand like "create visuals". Do what you use mostly in your LD's. Remember that when you are in Limbo Land you are allready in a dream.

I do something similar. Most of my WILD's start in my bedroom with me rolling my dream body out of bed into complete darkness. I feel my way downstairs to the front door and tell myself that when I open the door I will be here or there and that it will be light. However, most of the time it remains dark except for one small spot or image. I usually focus on that spot and start spinning so that the spot becomes 360 degrees around and eventually starts to fill out into a full dream scene.
I find that a lot of failed WILD's result in LD's. I guess essentially they became MILD's.
