      Brainwave Generater problems

Well, I read about the Brainwave generater and downloaded it, learned how to use it, and made my own preset. I had the intention of falling to sleep fast with it, cause it usually takes forever to fall asleep.

It seems I did MUCH too good a job on the falling alseep part.

Last night I had burned myself my first cd. The preset starts around 8hz and every 5-7 minutes goes down by around 2hz untill it gets to 3hz. At this point I keep it at 3hz for about hour and a half, then start spiking it. At the end I drop back down to 3hz.

I think the problem may be that i cut out a TON of the spiking because the file was too big to fit on my cd. I may have cut out so much that my brain doesn't get enough of it.

I'm gonna make a new preset, and I'll give you a screenshot of it, I'm gonna go all out on this one.

p.s. Forgot to say, this preset really puts me to sleep well, if others on here have trouble getting to sleep fast, I can tell you how to make it.

Good to hear about your progress in learning how to use the Brainwave Generator CalmoftheEye.

I've been experimenting with this program for quite a while and have recently found a fairly good way to raise my awareness during my dreams without completely waking myself up. I spike the volume way up to 100 percent when I want to increase my awareness, and then taper it back down during a 30 second period of time. This way if it does wake me up I am still able to recall my dreams because the volume doesn't interfere with my dream recall. I create these spikes beginning at 60 minutes into the cycle and continue them every 7 1/2 minutes, decreasing the time between the spikes by about 1/2 minute each time so that by the 2 hour mark, the spikes are occurring every minute. This generally wakes me up shortly after 2 hours in the middle of a dream if I've not woke up before that time.

Although this not increased my lucid dreams, it has helped me to have between 4 to 6 really vivid dream a night, which I'm hoping will soon become so vivid that I start becoming lucid in them.
