I know all the reality checks and stuff... but how do you become SUSPICIOUS you are dreaming. IS there something that will tigger your mind saying basically 'you might be dreaming?' Not literally of course but know what I mean? :|

I think for most people, it's basically a habit you got to learn yourself. If you do it frequently and consistently, you'll notice it'll become more like a habit.
Notice that if you have certain habits, realise it or not, they will recur frequently in your dreams. So over time, when doing reality checks becomes a habit to you, you'll start doing them in dreams..and then is when they start getting useful :D
Good luck, just be patient and persistant, and give it time. You'll get there. Of course, you can look into other methods too, for some RCs just arn't it. :)

It just... happens, really. Sorry, I can't help you here.
Lucius is right, the point of doing these checks during the day is so they will carry into your dreams. Though often I find that I simply know I am dreaming without them.
