Lucid by turtleneck
With the new chage of weather where I live, where it is hot the whole year with a few casual rains, for some reason now it is freaking cold, and not to say that the only time it has stopped raining was on the raining season :S . So its been a few weeks I've been sleeping with this old turtleneck shirt I have, now since I never use any accesories like neckeleces(dont even know how to spell it) its been kind of uncomfortable for me the turtleneck since its always on my neck, but it has affected my dreams in a way, I can say that the last 8 of 10 dreams I've had, I've noticed some heat pressing on my neck in the dream, and not being whearing anything on my neck in the dream it has been usefull to become lucid at the start of the dream. So I thought I'de post this up for anyone to try, maybe with something else like a neckelece(if you dont use one usually) or a turtleneck, but it can get warmy :P . Any feedback be great, could be a great way for news to start lucids

A couple of years ago, when the weather turned colder, I had to throw on a couple of extra blankets when I went to sleep. I had one of my first dreams because I could feel the extra heat in my dreams.

I think I would have a difficult time just falling a sleep with a turtle neck on. It's like somebody is slightly trying to choke you.
