Yeah, there's other, like in that link. The one that I've been using is the Confidence/Dream feeling method. It's easy

How long does it usualy take to enter a dream while using HIT?
Some people begin to see hypnagogic images very soon after they close there eyes. Some people claim they don't see them at all. And others it takes a while to begin to see them.Quote:

So I guess it depends on where you fall in those areas.
Once you do See HI, if you stay focused it is a relatively short transition from an awake state to visuals that lead into the dream scene! :)
Hey ledzepplin!
About one month ago I had a dream (Not lucid) that Jimmy page was sitting on stage cranking out what seemed to be a 15 minute long guitar solo. It was spectacular.
Oddly he was holding the guitar like a cello?!? :P
Thanks Howetzer :D .
I usually see hypnagogic images almost as soon as I close my eyes so this should work for me. I'l try it tonight, thanks.
WBTB and HILD are both good methods
Hmm... HIT sounds very like WILD to me... Is it not?
Yeah... really the same... Exept from the weird feelings and stuff... but you do have to go in to SP if you want to dream, why don't you feel those things at HIT? Do you lose concience for a short time?Quote:

WILDS can be induced through a mnemonic state of mind.Quote:

HIT takes HI and the images become clearer until the point it become a dream. In actuality it is a WILD, because it is wake initiated. Just different ways to go about it. :)
Hmm... In that case, it looks like I use the HIT method.
In short: Yes. You suddenly realise that you're dreaming, and have been for about five minutes. Well, that's what happened to me, anyway.Quote:

So... how does one enter a dream from WILD, if you do not need HI?

This is why we need a device to record dreams.
Man that would be the cat's meow!Quote:

I was fascinated because in all reality I was the one who composed it. I guess I could have remembered some of his work and infiltrated it into my dreams.
Either way, You are right.
(not sure if you know this or not) But Jimmy Page used to plage a guitar like a cello occasionally, he even uses a bow on rare occasions, of course though it is more for the show than for the actually musical value.
If you don't know it, that's pretty cool, because you might have remembered it from somethign you've seen.
Wow! I do recall the bow being used, but not the cello position. Cool! like you said, I may have seen it before..Quote:
