something is terribly wrong. ive lost my ability to DR! every night i fall asleep with nothing on my mind but i still cant recall. maybe its just the stress of the holiday or something `cause not even the incense is helping. so a little help please?thangy you! :)
Don't worry, I highly doubt you've lost your ability to LD. I think it must be the time of the season, it's been happening to me too. Recall is the same. I haven't remembered anything the last 3 days. I think you should just keep truckin' with what ever you were doing before.Quote:

Yeah, there was a thread earlier about the season affecting luciding and recalling dreams, and I think it actually holds alot of water.
Normally I recall a sleigh-load of dreams, but lately i may remember part of the dream i was havinf when i woke up, if even.
I wouldn't get too concerned. To be honest I'm having the same problem, but then I have been experimenting in extreme ways with my sleep.
Dreaming and lucid dreaming comes in waves and seasons. I'm pretty sure it'll be back, if you keep trying :)
Stress is a recall killer nothing to do about it really untill you get round whatever it is that happens to be stressing you out.
It must be something about the holydays, i have the same problem. I have only remembered like 3 dreams the last 2 weeks. If i dont start dreaming again soon i think that im going insane. :?
Haha I don't know what's going on with you guys, but I've been getting about 2-4 dreams for the last week(just started a week ago :P). Some mornings I'll wake up and not remember anything, then like half an hour later there's like 3 of them just clogging my mind that I hurrily write down.
I"ve had two lucids in the last week and a half, without even trying. But before that was a major dry spell. For me, it seems to go in cycles. So I would say don't worry about it, it will come back to you in time.
