Mind Wandering Into WILD
Yes yes, another WILD question, but i think this one is a little different.
okay, so a while earlier I tried this and had to stop to drive my brother somewhere so I didn't see it through, however, I was making what seemed to me like great progress. Everything I have read about WILDs says not to let your mind wander or risk losing lucidity, but everything I read says concentrating too hard is sabotage.
I just let my mind go however, letting the random thoughts, images, and feelings just do what they please. However, every once in a while I would check on myself and ask "is this a dream?" I was getting increasingly complex visualizations, longer and more drawn out trains of thought, even scenarios starting to play themselves out. I was getting progressively detached from reality and more and more absorbed by the scenes in my head, however, occassionally checking in on myself saying "am i dreaming yet?" If i did this too emphatically however, things would fade away. I eventually had to wake up but was nearly in it?
No vibrations or intensely creepy things to speak of, just a gentle enfolding of dream imagery. Was I about to get into a WILD or should I abondon this methodology all together?

It sounds to me that you are making great progress. Not everyone experiences vibrations of sounds. Also, every WILD experience seems to be unique in itself. Please continue on with what you are doing.
