I've been having trouble falling asleep lately i hit the bed at 10 but i dont fall a sleep till a couple hours laters, and lately its been to hard to attain or even try to LD. Any ideas?

You could try the old sleep aids such as night time relaxers, wine or just anything to make you sleepy. If you do not want to rely on chemicals you should try some of the hemi-sync series CD's. They are very relaxing!

You could look into melatonin, its a natural hormone that your body produces before bedtime that causes you to be drowsy and is largely responsible for a healthy sleep cycle.
They also attribute supplements of this hormone with lengthened life span (rats lived 20% longer) and with amazing antioxidant effects.
I strongly recommend reading up on it though, there isn't a lot of research done yet.
yeah, i have heard about that hormone theres no need to purchase it just get early nights in pitch black and take some Kalms sleep pills or something :?:

Um. sleep pills don't give you healthy sleep cycles ;)
They basically knock you out.
Unless those Kalms pills are different in some way (aren't they all :P)
