I remember someone wrote that they were going to make a tape or CD that kept playing a reminder that they were dreaming, such as: "This is a Dream... I am dreaming... I can do anything, because I am dreaming." I did not remember if that person said it worked or not, so like I said, 'refresh my memory.' Thank you, whoever you are.
i dunno who said that, but that's a common thing to try. it works for some, and not for others. some practice and training would likely be required.Quote:
