what "supplement" works best for you?
alright, i know about all the statements about "not using herbs or vitamins" to achieve lucidity, and am not promoting anything. i just want to get a feel for what gives people the best results.
i know B6 works, but im not sure what the dosage should be for dreaming. valarian root keeps me awake...... and i know ginkgo biloba makes dreams more vivid (i have tried it).
thoughts?

How much do you take and at what time? Did it start working the 1st nite or did it have to build up in your system over time?
I've heard that one before.
Cod liver activates metabolism which could affect dreams. Or it just upsets your stomach cause of the flavor. I'll have to try once or twice.
