Yes, I think so because when I read about dreaming or lucid dreaming right before bed, I feel like I have more lucid dreams and I recall more, too. Maybe it's because you're already in that frame of mind when you fall asleep. I dunno, just a theory.Quote:

i would say yes
the only really vivid lucid dream ive ever had i literally sat in bed for an hour (on the phone w/gf, lol) and thought about almost nothing other than hoping i would have a lucid dream
sure enough had one before i woke up, it just happened i realized the situation i was in (flying tent boat with my family and one friend) wouldn't happen in real life and from there i took almost complete control over my dream and didnt lose lucidity until i woke up (closed my eyes and opened em in the 'real' world)
wth??? are you talking about the brain or do you mean "Placebo"? In which you would believe so much that you were going to have a lucid dream that you do have one.
Errm, if thats what you mean then ya...its 100% possible.
Someone called? :D
Yes it's possible, but not that easy for most. Everyone is different and you might find it easy, but I doubt it.
This is similar to a MILD technique - meditating about lucid dreaming.
If you're determined to have a lucid dream, you're far more likely to have one.
