If you are talking about having more than one LD in a particular night (or morning), then yes, that is certainly possible. There have been a few occasions where I have had several LDs right in a row. This is more likely to happen the longer you have been sleeping, because toward morning (or whenever you normally wake up) you spend most of your sleep time in the REM stage, as opposed to early in the night when most of the time is spent in deep sleep.
Not sure about having one LD that lasts all night. I know some people have said that they have done this, but it seems unlikely given the nature of sleep cycles. I suppose it's possible, but I wouldn't count on being able to do it -- at least not without a lot of practice. :)

Sleep consists of more than just dreaming, so you're unlikely to stay conscious through all of it.
However I have had 6 distinct lucid dreams in a row. Once. Never again :P
