I've found that lately when I've been doing these techniques I've read on this site, the suggestions and their effects they should have on me while I'm still awake are starting to fade fast. Meaning, they sort of aren't even happening anymore. Should I just try making up my own technique. I mean I know that the ones on this site aren't the only ones and they are all pretty much made up by different people. There is no one RIGHT WAY to do an ILD.

Of course I guess since I've had my first 2 lucid dreams in my past 3 nights. I guess I shouldn't be complaining. LOL. Maybe with the lack of the strange feelings and sensations, I'm concentrating more on the thought of what I am doing rather than what is being done to me (if that makes any sense at all LOL.)
