Suggest reality check schedules

If you you do planned reality checks throughout the day, When do you do them?

I am a high school student and I am trying to decide when to plan them thoruoghout the day.
So I am thinking something like

Wake up. ( Iv'e tried this really hard for me to remember)
walk out door
Bell rings to get ready for class
Every time a bell rings inbetween classes
Get off of bus.


Any good Ideas?

Edit: sorry for Wrong forum, but you know reality checks are involved in attaning lucidity.

Doing it everytime you wake up can give you alot of LD's. You would notice every FA... however for some reason I allways forget :)

And If you move around alot in your dreams, I guess it would be usefull to do a RC everything you like, start to go somewhere... something. :)

I only use reality checks to confirm that I'm dreaming, so I don't launch myself out of a window in real-life by accident.
