third eye yo

I have heard a bit about the third eye, and am quite knowledge about chakra.

I think I might've opened my third eye one time, but Im really not sure. I was laying in my bed stairing at hypnotic imagery trying to fall asleep into a lucid dream and all of a sudden the hypnotic imagery just flashed a huge bright light and I could see the top of my bed. but it was super messed up, I opened my eyes fast cause I really got scared. Anybody know for sure what that was? Cause Im not sure if it was safe or anything.. It Actually scared me there... Also.. Is the third eye really something I want to be nosing around with? I probably will end up, but at the moment when my emotions are still jumping around when I get anywhere NEAR lucid :P Thanks a lot

I really don't know how to answer that, Because I don't have much expierence with the third eye, but I really don't think their is anything dangerous about it..But don't take my word for it..

Dealing with OOBEs and chakras is not dangerous at all.

I've notice some strange sights since I've started meditating and going into trance.

I've seen a pair of eyes staring at me for a split second in my mind, and it scared the living crap out of me. Could that have been my projected double experiencing mind split for the first time...? Could be.
