Small Problem
Well, lately I have been attempting WBTB/MILD it worked very well on me for the weekend, but I was able to set my watch to wake me up at 7.30 or so, instead of 4 o clock, which what is what im having to do on weekdays. At this time it seems like nothing will wake me up, I have even set 3 alarms on my watch to ensure I wake up, but I dont. I have tried some different techniques, none of any work. And finally I can't set a real alarm because it would wake up my whole family, as they wake up at the sound of a pin drop.
So, I guess my question is. Are there any MP3 alarm devices out there, which would ensure that I woke up, with out waking up anyone else?
If not I am open to what ever suggestions anyone has. Thanks alot! :D

Drink a lot of fluid before you go to sleep.
Seriously, it will wake you up.
WBTB + MILD is great technique.
