ok i'm just curious...you know the method where you say to yourself i will wake up after every dream period etc. well if i do that, and then i wake up, could i stay up (after writing down my dream) and read about LD things like WBTB?

That's exactly what I do when I do a WBTB. I'll use MILD to make myself wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep, then I'll stay up for 30-60 minutes, usually reading posts on DV the whole time. It helps keep your mind on the subject of lucid dreaming, and I believe that increases the chances of becoming lucid when you go back to sleep.
So do i MILD that I will wake up after every dream period? Or do i mild that i will wake up in 4-6 hours?
