HILD? From a Friend?

Hey guys i got a question for thoughs who have tried HILD...i read the totural thruout and i was wondering, could i have my friend do it to me? such as instead of telling urself that on the count of 5 you are going to be more relaxed could i have a friend say "I am going to count to 5 and when i do you are bla bla bla...you understand what i mean? I jus figured if it works lol it would be easyer then memorizing the totural and maby better bcuz i dont have to find hard during the HILD and recall what to do next lol. Also who here has any experiances with it? please tell me if it worked for you, or if it just a wasit of time (from what the totural guy said its good.)

I'm pretty sure it would have the same or perhaps even better effect. Better idea, though, you could record it on your comp and play it as you relax. That way you dont have to have a friend sitting there watching you sleep; I mean come on here, do you seriously not think he's not gonna do something to you?

hah i know i have the file saved i recorded it at my freinds house on cool edit pro ima try it later. :-D
