Conventional wisdom holds that it is easier to lucid dream during REM sleep and that LDs usually don't occur during NREM (delta) sleep. However, from what I have heard, WILDs are usually more vivid and stable than DILDs, which suggests that LDs can occur during NREM (delta) sleep. Is this true?
