hey before bed try meditation! ive done it for the past couple of nights and have seen gradual progress with dr and vividness. and the trances that you go into are neat to! oh can any one sugest an induction method for lazy dreamers?which is to say i cant force myself awake to try some methods and am just to lazy to try others.

Since you seem to be inspired to meditate, then meditate on becoming lucid in your dreams. Other than that…
You want an induction technique for someone who isn’t willing to do anything. There isn’t one. Lucid Dreaming is like an exercise; you have got to practice to get better. You want to run the 4 minute mile without setting foot on a track; never going to happen.
Meditation is a good technique, but don’t go for the “trances”. Instead meditate on being in the moment, aware of your surroundings, consciously perceiving your environment. You can do this with your eyes open or closed. And you can look at a candle as a way of focusing you attention in the present.
