Any Suggestions

I have been attempting to have a WILD for the past week now (I have already had a couple of FAs in the past) and I have run into a bit of trouble... I do a 61-point meditation once and then wait about 10 minutes and do it again. I get into this really serene trance-like state where I can see dreams but from a distance. I can control these dreams but I don't feel them because I am still in a sense awake. How do I fall asleep from this point? I just can't seem to fall asleep and slip into the lucid dream.

I have had this before what you have to do is relax and passivley watch the images do not try and control them just yet, then eventually you will find one close to you and you should find yourself in the scene, you can also imagine yourself being pulled into the dream :wink:
