does anyone know the best RC to use during FILD?
If you could tell me the best ones to use that wud be gud thanks.
and also i dont understand how you can hold your nose or whateva wen you are dreaming, when you start to dream from wiggling your fingers is it automatically lucid becos otherwise surley u cnt make urself do an RC???
